Vrindavan Repollo Salad

  • 1.5 cup red lentils Or any red bean will do. Omit if eating BAB.
  • 1 cup red cabbage Sliced thin
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ½ cup onion Red is best but whatever, like I care
  • 1 cup potato Cooked. (Peel it, or just eat the cancer causing skin)…. Oh hell, look up AGE’s and Acrylamide
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut If you’re into that shit
  • 1 recipe Mild Creamy Curry Dressing


  • In a large bowl dump all the salad ingredients and set it in the corner like it’s been bad.
  • Put the dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake the shit out of it, then put in in the salad and make it a mess like your morning hair.
  • Chill that shit for at least an hour in the cold thing, then toss thoroughly like it’s a spinner before serving.
