The Kitchen Sink Juice or Smoothie

Equipment

  • Juicer (for juice)
  • Blender (for smoothie)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup red pepper
  • 1/2 cup beets
  • 1/4 cup ginger
  • 1 cup red cabbage
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 3 cups broccoli sprouts
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 habanero pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • For juice, run everything through the juicer except the black pepper.
  • For a smoothie, blend everything except the black pepper.
  • Pour into a mason jar, then add the black pepper and shake well.
