  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 cup dandelion greens
  • 6 sprigs asparagus dry pan fried with lemon and one clove garlic.
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage
  • ¼ cup yellow peppers
  • ¼ cup tomatoes
  • ¼ cup dried Turkish apricots
  • ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds ground
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts ground
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseeds ground
  • 1 recipe Cheesy Garlic Dressing
