Pine Berries Shake or Smoothie
- 1 cup bananas frozen
- 1 cup pineapple frozen
- ½ cup mango frozen
- ½ cup raspberries frozen
- 5 dates pitted
- 1 cup water or your favorite plant milk
- ¼ cup cashews
- Pulse blend everything except the cashews to desired consistency using more milk or water at your pleasure.
- Dump in bowl or glass and top with cashews.
