Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups best grains or your choice
  • 1.5 cups chickpeas cooked (one 15 oz can)
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup broccoli sprouts
  • ½ cup purple cabbage
  • ¼ cup onion
  • ¼ cup yellow pepper
  • ¼ cup carrots
  • ¼ cup tomatoes
  • ¼ cup artichoke hearts
  • ¼ cup banana peppers
  • ¼ cup goji berries dried
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup apple
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. flax seeds ground
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds husked
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • ¼ tsp. black cumin ground
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water from artichoke hearts
  • 1 Tbsp. water from banana peppers

Instructions

  • Put the grains on the bottom, everything else on top, mix well.  The ingredients are also the dressing.
