Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups black beans prepared (1 15oz can)
  • 1.5 cups best grains cooked, or use barley or whatever you want
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ¼ cup bell peppers any color
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries chopped. Or use raisins.
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. apple juice
  • 2 tbsp. best veggie broth or 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup or use date paste
  • ¼ tsp. aminos
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds raw

Instructions

  • Add all that shit to a big ass bowl and gently toss it around
