Daily Food

  • 1 Kitchen Sink Juice
  • 1.5 cups beans (just james beans mix or change it up if you wish)
  • 2 cups raw green leafy vegetables
  • 1 cup raw or cooked cruciferous vegetables (usually raw red cabbage)
  • 2 cups non-leafy vegetables, usually a mix of carrots, tomatoes, onion, and colored peppers
  • ¼ cup nuts or 5 walnut halves with salad
  • Smoothies with 1 cup bananas, 1 cup berries, 1 inch ginger, and 5 dates
  • 1 cup grains or 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 36 oz of water then drink to thirst
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ground flax seeds, usually on top of salad or bowl

Exercise

Minimum 90 minutes walking at a clip of 4 miles an hour
