Daily Food

  • 2 cups beans (just james beans mix)
  • 2 cups raw green leafy vegetables
  • 1 cup raw or cooked cruciferous vegetables
  • 3 cups non-leafy vegetables
  • ¼ cup nuts
  • 5 walnut halves with salad
  • 2 cups fruit
  • 1 cup berries
  • 1 cup grains or 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 36 oz of water then drink to thirst

Exercise

Minimum 90 minutes walking at a clip of 4 miles an hour

Supplements

Here are the supplements I take.

  • 1 Raw Organic vegan Vitamin D 3 2000 IU
  • 1 Raw Organic vegan Vitamin B 12 1000 mcg
  • 1 Raw Organic vegan Vitamin K – Complex 100 mcg as MK-7
  • 1 Enzyme supplement with mostly cellulase
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
