  • 1.5 Tbsp orange juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 cup onion
  • 3 dates
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro fresh
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil more as needed, or veggie broth or a mixture of both
  • salt and pepper to taste
