Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup edamame shelled, rinsed, and drained. Edamame is best, but any bean will do.
  • 2 cup kale baby kale is best
  • ½ cup butter lettuce
  • ¼ cup mung bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup bell pepper
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • ¼ cup tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro leaves
  • 1 Tbsp flax seed freshly ground
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 walnut halves
  • 1 recipe Creamy Peanut Butter Dressing

Instructions

  • Put it all in a big ass bowl and watch Jerry Springer.
