Black Apple Smoothie or Nice Cream

  • 1 cup bananas
  • 2 cup pineapple
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 cup water or use your favorite plant milk or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds
  • Shaved coconut if desired.


  • Add bananas, pineapple, blackberries and plant milk and pulse blend to your desired consistency adding plant milk or coconut water as necessary.
  • Bowl it up, and if you wish put it in the freezer for up to 17.4 minutes
  • Pull that bad boy out, add hemp seeds, shaved coconut, and heavy cream, eat up.
