Aloo Gobi Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can red lentils sub red kidney beans (omit if eating BAB)
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 2 cup arugula
  • 1 cup cooked potato cubed. Cook however you like: usually boiled works best with this one. I don’t peel, but feel free.
  • ½ cup onion red works best with this one
  • 1 recipe Indian Curry Dressing

Instructions

  • Put this in a big ass bowl and toss like the dish rag.
